Website information
Website descriptions, starting prices, delivery ranges, and product examples are planning guidance. They are not a binding offer, guarantee, or promise that every listed feature is included in every project.
Project scope
Each engagement is defined in writing with deliverables, assumptions, milestones, acceptance criteria, responsibilities, payment schedule, ownership, and exclusions. Requests outside the agreed scope are estimated and approved before work continues.
Client responsibilities
- Provide accurate content, credentials, decisions, feedback, and approvals in the agreed time.
- Confirm that supplied text, images, data, and software may legally be used.
- Keep access credentials secure and provide a suitable decision-maker for the project.
Payment and third-party costs
Starting ranges are not final quotes. Unless a signed proposal says otherwise, hosting, domains, paid APIs, SMS, email, payment gateway fees, app-store fees, licenses, and third-party subscriptions are separate costs. Payment milestones are defined in the proposal.
Ownership and handover
After final payment, PixelPivotBD transfers the agreed project source code, assets, documentation, and deployment credentials. Pre-existing tools, open-source components, third-party services, and licenses remain subject to their own terms.
NDA and confidentiality
Confidentiality and NDA requirements can be included in a written agreement. Do not send highly sensitive credentials or regulated personal data through the public form.
Support
Launch defect support and ongoing maintenance are different services. A support plan defines included hours, response targets, exclusions, escalation, monitoring, backups, and monthly fees.
Changes
PixelPivotBD may update this general page as the website or service model changes. The applicable project agreement remains the source of truth for an active engagement.
