This page describes the current handling of data on the PixelPivotBD website. It is public information, not a substitute for legal advice, and should be reviewed for the jurisdictions where PixelPivotBD operates.

What we collect

When you submit the quote form, we collect your name, email address, selected service, optional budget, subject, project message, consent record, submission time, and an automatically generated reference. We may also receive information you choose to send by email, WhatsApp, or Messenger.

The website does not currently run advertising cookies or a third-party analytics platform. The site may send limited, first-party conversion events without cookies, such as a quote CTA click or completed form, containing no name, email address, IP address, or device fingerprint. If analytics or marketing tools are added, this policy and any required consent notice will be updated before activation.

Why we use it

To review and respond to project enquiries.
To prepare estimates, proposals, delivery plans, and support discussions.
To protect the form from abuse and troubleshoot service failures.
To provide a requested service or meet a written agreement.

Contact-form storage and retention

When the Express server is used, validated enquiries are stored in a private server-side JSON file and are not exposed through the public website. The current retention target is 365 days, after which expired records are removed when a new lead is saved. Production deployments should move this storage to an access-controlled database and define a documented deletion process.

Sharing

We do not sell contact data. A lead may be shared with PixelPivotBD team members who need it to respond. If an internal notification webhook is configured, the submitted lead is sent to that private endpoint. Hosting, email, messaging, payment, and other third-party services may process data under their own policies when you use those channels.

Gallery uploads

Images uploaded through the gallery feature may be resized and stored on the server when the Express gallery is enabled, or in the browser's local storage mode when the site is served statically. Do not upload confidential or personal images without authorization. Public gallery uploads should be protected by authentication and moderation before production use.
